When we first invested in land in northern Frisco in 2015, we saw a promising future. There were no PGA headquarters, and no Universal Kids Resort theme park. Still, we believed in Frisco—and that belief led to the creation of Firefly Park, a visionary mixed-use development that blends nature, business, living, and play.
Now, with the Frisco Center for the Arts planned adjacent to Firefly Park, we see an extraordinary opportunity to build something even greater. Together, these projects will create a cultural and community destination unlike any other in North Texas.
