  • The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, grounds, and infrastructure across a portfolio of residential and/or commercial real estate assets. This position requires a strong technical skillset, problem-solving ability, and leadership qualities to support the property management team and uphold the company’s standards for safety, functionality, and appearance.
