One Ridgmar Centre

One Ridgmar Centre is an 18-story office tower located in West Fort Worth, along the north side of Interstate 30, just west of Bryant Irvin Road. The building offers unobstructed views and is conveniently situated near restaurants, hotels, shopping, entertainment, and several affluent residential neighborhoods in Fort Worth.

In 2024, Wilks Development acquired the Class-A tower and promptly invested $1 million in renovations, with an additional $8 million planned for improvements over the next five years. The initial upgrades will focus on the roof and HVAC systems, followed by enhancements to the common areas.
